If you don’t know me already, I’m Mike G. I’m a freelance web programmer based in NYC. I run two companies at the moment: one that specializes in content management and e-commerce applications and another which sells eyewear for folks who appreciate the vintage look.
I also organize the Refresh NYC user group as well as the NYC Cappuccino Developers group (Cappuccino as in the framework, not the coffee). I’m also an active member in NYPHP, Bootup, and a handful of other meetups.
I’m a JavaScript enthusiast — I try to write and speak about it as often as possible.
I’ve recently become addicted to desert hiking. The image at the top is in the Golden Canyon in Death Valley. I have pictures if you’re interested. If you have an suggestions on where I should go next, I’m all ears.
Of course, I’m on Facebook, Twitter, Delicious, and Flickr. There are a few others, but I can’t recall them at the moment and they’ll probably disappear after a few months anyway so it doesn’t really matter…
